This morning I actually ran for twenty minutes on Couch to 5k having not previously run for more than 8 minutes. I made an early Beatles playlist and those songs are both slow and short so it was actually really helpful. And now I don’t have to run for twenty mins again for a few days (don’t know exactly when; I’m afraid to look), which is a relief.
Instead, later today I get to go gallivanting. I do love to gallivant!
