Not a euphenmism, she writes, and follows it with this sentence:

I cannot tell you how long it took me because it shouldn’t have been that hard

Don’t even know I’m doing it. I’m basically Kenneth Williams.

As someone who also had imaginary friends throughout her childhood (although none were grandads, unfortunately) I LOVE the sound of your novel, just in case you need any encouragement!

Oh, I love your imaginary friend 😍

just to say, I'm v behind on my Oscars watching - and you must get back to your imaginary friend!

I’m enjoying Rooster, too.

Saw most of this year’s best picture noms and Sinners was great.

Loved Sentimental Values and the way the house becomes a kind of central character, witnessing generations of a family.

Moved by Hamnet.

Enjoyed Frankenstein.

Didn’t gel with One Battle After Another (only the middle bit in the sanctuary city really engaged me).

Bugonia was silly.

Train Dreams: enjoyed, but it’s not stuck with me.

Haven’t seen The Secret Agent yet, but want to. Not seen Marty Supreme. No intention of watching F1.

Of course Landry is real.

Right? But just Landry! None of the others

Tim Riggins for a while for me. When I saw him in other things it faded - unlike Landry. Plemons is a shape shifter.
