Sorry this post is late. But it’s been a busy week! In a really good way.
Firstly, last week I decided not to make myself available for paid work so I could focus on yet another draft of Happy Endings with the aim of sending it to my agent by Friday. This was quite a tricky decision, because my money situation was perilous, but I decided to trust my gut.
It meant that I started most days with a long walk, which I love. And then I could just focus on writing. I kept thinking about how great it would be if I could do that all the time, but financially it wouldn’t be possible.
