Falling in love in a coffee shop

It's as Ann as the nose on plain's face.

I was writing away this morning when Joe, my 14yo, came and suggested we go for a walk. I’ve got quite a lot to do and it was raining a bit, but of course I said yes (if the teens want to hang out, I hang out).

We walked along the prom and spotted the wildflowers above and then we went for a coffee.
